Openings for Site Head - HR Operations for a multi-national client of ours who is also one of the largest BPO's to be based out of Gurgaon.

 

This is a pretty standard HR operations role with employee relations, operational HR, employee satisfaction, attrition management etc. The organization follows a flat hierarchy and the band level of the position is that of a Senior Manager and will report directly into the HR Director. Applicants need to be currently in Senior Manager or above titles and should possess prior experience with BPO's/ITeS.
