Designation : Technical Support Associates /Customer care Associates

Job Location : Kolkata//Mumbai//Pune//Bangalore

Job Role : Receiving calls of customers & solving their queries.

SALARY :Rs 84,000 – Rs 2.40 Lac / Annum

Eligibility Criteria :

• Graduate (Awaiting results)/ Undergraduate (pursuing through correspondence course/drop studies) / HSC Pass
• Between 18 - 45 years of age
• Computer savvy
• Open to work in night shifts ( doorstep car pick & drop provided )
• BE/BTECHS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY

Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers over phone.



Good Communication skill in English is mandatory as well as flexiblity with night shift (24*7)
