Just as exercise and nutrition are essential for optimal health and happiness, so is sleep.An adult must sleep at least 6.5 -8 hours a day. Sleep in correct time. It is better to have a hot bath 90 minutes before your bed time.

Hippocrates once said "Walking is man's best medicine.". Take a 10-30 minute walk daily. And while you walk, smile. Walking improves physical function and your body fitness, strengthens your heart and bones, prevents type 2 diabetes,reduces the risk of breast and colon cancer and helps alleviate symptoms of depression.

Drink plenty of water. This will help the healing process, prevent dehydration and cleans the body. One should drink water before and after his/her meals, this can prevent body's overheating. while eating your meal, eat slowly then drink water. Drink 1.5 to 2 Litres of water a day.

People with Energy can take challenges as opportunities to be creative. Theycan switch the negative thought to possitive one as soon as it hit their mind. they deeply honours and respects themselves and never take themselves too serious.

For Becomming an energetic person Stop worrying about things you cannot fix, Stop worrying about other people, Stop being angry, Live your life with confidence and always remeber you are a special one.

Enthusiasm gives you interest in something, it gives the spirit to do something. With it, one can work for hours on end without rest, and at the end of it still not feel tired at all. If one does feel tired, it is a tiredness that comes with a smile and with a satisfied feeling in your heart.

Set a Goal in your life, on achieving one then set another one. Let this goal drives you and make you an Enthusiastic person. Self motivate when you have to face challenging situations. Dont run away from challenges, try it, there is nothing to lose.

Empathy make you connect with other. Always respect other as you respect yourselves. In other way the best ways to develop compassion is to put your self in others shoes. Try to understand how others feel. So love to others. Try to understand others and their feelings.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Prayer is a conversation between you and Your creator. Just spend some time to have a chit chat with your loving God and Say thanks for what you have today. The difference between prayer and meditation can be understood by saying that during prayer, we ask God for something, and during meditation, God speaks to us. When we pray, it is considered advantageous to spiritual growth to pray selflessly. A not very developed person may pray to God to be relieved from their own suffering, while a highly developed person would see their own suffering as a gift or test of God to make them a stronger person.

Play more games, so that your are engaged in something creative. An idle mind is the devil's workshop :)

Eat more foods that grow ON trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured IN plants. Wask the vegetables well before cooking. Dont boil vegetable too much as this will destroy the vitamins and nutrients.
Include leaves in your meal.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
Breakfast comes from the words "braking a fasting". A good breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day.A good Breakfast helps you to think clearly, making your day a better one. As the day starts we need more calories to do the days tasks and we are getting those calories from breakfast. As the day passes on the metabolic activities reduces adn we need lesser calories that in the morning and by the night when we eat lessr food it will not generate excess calories and there will be less chance of formation fat in the body there by reduces the chance of turning to an obese person. There is also one point in eating lesser food in the dinner - ut gives you a good sleep. while eating your food, eat slowly then drink water.
