Experience: 5 to 7 years
Experience in managing team - their performance and training needs
Well versed with staffing and managing escalations
Ability to exceed service delivery targets

Document Specialists

Experience: 1 to 2 years
Excellent Working Knowledge of MS Office applications
Hands on DTP work experience
Should possess Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work flow Co-ordinators

Experience: 4 to 5 years
Hands on experience in work queue and team handling
Responsible for due time management and negotiation skills
Should possess Good written and verbal communication skills

Project Co-ordinators

Experience: 3 to 4 years
Advanced Knowledge of MS Office applications
Responsible for Quality checking with high level of accuracy and time management
Should possess Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should have Good cordination and training abilities
